Food With­out Bor­ders is about com­bin­ing diverse flavours from around the globe to cre­ate sim­ple dishes that any­one can serve in their home. Going beyond the fusion of dishes to the fusion of ingre­di­ents — using those ingre­di­ents to com­pose new dishes and rein­ter­pret the classics.

My name is Michael Gilmore and I love cook­ing, pho­tog­ra­phy, trav­el­ing, and play­ing music. By day I am I Busi­ness IT Con­sul­tant, so work­ing on this blog for me is a big release.
