Food Without Borders is about combining diverse flavours from around the globe to create simple dishes that anyone can serve in their home. Going beyond the fusion of dishes to the fusion of ingredients – using those ingredients to compose new dishes and reinterpret the classics.
My name is Michael Gilmore and I love cooking, photography, traveling, and playing music. By day I am I Business IT Consultant, so working on this blog for me is a big release.
